Radiance Learning has been great for my daughter as it's been helping appease her curiosity, be it with arts/crafts, robotics, scratch or math problems/puzzles. We have checked out several other after school programs and this has been our favorite. She has a lot of fun, so much that she doesn't want to be picked up early. The teachers really know the kids well, truly care about them and give them a lot of one to one attention which plays an important role in the kids development. They focus on explaining concepts and motivate kids in different ways. Overall, it is a great, well-structured after school program with positive environment encouraging kids to have fun with STEM. We highly recommend it to anyone interested in enrichment programs for their kids.

Radiance Learning is partnering with
Young Explorers and other providers in offering a comprehensive after-school enrichment program with outdoor and indoor activities. Our goal is to introduce STEM subjects like Robotics and Programming to young minds. We provide a safe and fun learning environment and motivate students to reach their potential.
Radiance Robotic club introduces Robotics Design and programming to all students (K-9). They will be introduced to different robotics hardware and software programs based on their age and skill levels. Students will learn to design and program robots using kid-friendly software while developing mechanical, engineering, and problem-solving skills. Our club is great way to get introduced to Robotics Competitions like FLL and Junior FLL.
Radiance Programming Lab introduces Computer Programming and Problem solving to all students and adults who wish to learn or update their problem solving skills. They will be introduced to different programming languages based on their age and skill levels, like Scratch, Python, Java, R or any other contemporary languages that are widely used. / adapted.
Our Math programs are private 1-1 classes designed to get student's focused attention and challenge them by building a strong math foundation through creative problem solving. Our curriculum is developed based on Art of Problem Solving and Singapore Math curriculum, and in alignment with Common Core standard.
Students who challenge themselves and are able to work independently with little direction should likely be tested for their school district’s gifted program. We are specialized in making students familiar with the types of questions they will encounter on the entrance exam. Students develop skills to approach these tests strategically and efficiently.
Math competitions train students to be flexible and creative thinkers. The best way to prepare for math contests is to do lots of practice problems and learn the material necessary to solve the problems. There are also many books and online handouts/lectures you can use to improve your problem-solving skills. We offer unique tests and analysis / review.
Our goal is to provide a safe environment and motivates students to reach his or her full potential through our STEM enrichment programs. We offer an array of exciting enrichment activities such as Computer Programming, Robotics, Gifted Prep, Math, Creative Writing, Arts and Crafts.

On arrival students will be offered array of healthy snacks and get them ready for active academic activities.
Often homework tends to be a stressful factor for both children and parents. On arrival, all students will be working on their homework / school project. We will help children with their homework and any school projects. If a student does not have homework they will have other academic activities to do, including reading.
After homework time student will continue to participate in STEM enrichment activities. Students will be participating in their choice of enrichment activities such as Robotics, Programming, Chess, Creative Writing, Problem Solving in smaller groups.
Students will be introduced to all kind of robotics systems (Dash, Dot, Boost, WeDo, EV3, VEX IQ and so on). Club Students will learn how to design, program robots using fun, kid-friendly, software while developing mechanical, engineering, and problem-solving skills. They will also explore the exciting world of robotics using a powerful microcomputer brick, digital sensors, and intuitive drag-and-drop programming software modules.
Exploration is an on-going process, and when teamwork is added in the picture, it will help students develop into independent, confident, individuals who believe they have the power to bring concepts and ideas to life. Students will learn how critical thinking and innovation will make them the creators of future. This club will enable them to build structurally, maneuver successfully through challenges, and equip themselves with S.T.E.M. knowledge and skills.
Junior FLL Club (Grades 1 - 4): It’s never too early to discover STEM. FIRST LEGO League Jr. is designed to introduce STEM concepts to kids ages 6 to 10. Students build models using WeDo 2.0 and create Show Me posters to present what they learned. The program focuses on building interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through a real-world challenge – to be solved by research, critical thinking, and imagination.
Wonder League Robotics Club (Grades K-2): Coding is the new team sport for future tech leaders and innovators! Over the next few months, children in teams of up to five, will design real -world science and technology solutions to collaborative problem -solving challenges for Cue, Dash & Dot robots. All club members will be completing 5 missions and submit the same for evaluation. Selected team will go for invitational events.
Kindergartners to Middle School students can participate in this club and attend the club on Weekends or weekdays!
During each session, students will be given a skill level task. They have about 90 minutes to build and program to accomplish this task. On successful completion they will be progressing to next skill level.
Periodically, we organize FLL type scrimmage competitions for individual or teams to participate and compete.
Kit & Laptop will be provided for in-class use. Students will work as an individual or as a team to complete appropriate level projects and win robotic challenges.
This is a great way to recruit passionate team member for your own team and get ready to form and participate in several local and national level robotics competition (FLL, Junior FLL and Wonder Robotics)
Learn Python, one of the most widely used languages in the software industry. Python is an excellent starter language because it’s easy to read and work with.
In Beginners session we will focus on fundamental computer science concepts, controls and data structures. Also we introduce best practices for coding and debugging in Python. Concepts taught include statements and variables, expressions, conditionals, Boolean, while loops, randomness, and libraries. We would like to assume that the children have no previous coding experience in order to make their foundation strong.
In intermediate session, students will start learning about Data Structures, algorithms, user defined functions, Recursion, File Read/Write Operations and GUI. Students will complete a variety of fun and engaging coding exercises under the instructor's guidance and then explore and practice the concepts at your own pace.
The exercises allow for a variety of learning styles and ability levels. This allows students to build skills in writing, debugging, analyzing and comprehending code.
Phase I of this course introduces students to the basic features of the Java programming language: Java primitive and non-primitive data types, control flow constructs, built-in class libraries, object-oriented programming concepts such as classes, objects, method overloading and encapsulation.
In phase II, we introduce students to intermediate and advanced features of the Java programming language. Students will learn about object-oriented programming concepts such as inheritance, interfaces, abstract classes, abstract methods, and polymorphism; will learn how to write and read Java primitive types to and from files; how to serialize objects, and how to implement graphical user interfaces.
Phase III of this course will prepare students to advance into AP Computer Science. The course emphasis is on procedural abstraction, data abstraction, object-oriented design and programming methodology using the Java programming language, and the use of algorithms and data structures.
Higher elementary and middle school students can participate in this club and attend the club on Weekends or weekdays!
